The Buck Stops Here

My Heavenly Parent, The One Who Sits Upon The Throne Of All That Ever Was, All That Is, And All That Ever Will Be,
You know my pain and my tears
You know my joys and my laughter
You know what makes me tick
You've seen me fall and not be able to arise
You've seen the heartaches that never leave
You know the kindnesses, both that I've given and that I've received, those that have been thanked and those that haven't
Let me always remember, and stamp it on my heart
That no one is less valid than me
That no ones religious beliefs are of less value than mine
That no matter their age, race, gender, money, hygiene, mental state, shortcoming or state of living, every one is equally my sibling in your care
Even when they don't know you
As I also in many ways don't know you.
Let me remember that the buck stops here.
Let no pain I've suffered be passed along.
Let no tear of mine cause harm at my hands.
Let me be the catalyst to show your love even when I don't understand your love.
Let all who come into contact with me find your hope and your strength.
Use me as a bridge, even if I never arise
And when this life is over
Remember me, even if all you remember
Is that I did not pass along the grief. The buck stopped here.
